Editorial Policy: How We Review and Update Content
Last updated
Money content should be honest about what it can and cannot promise. Here is how ours is made.
Who writes and reviews
Educational content is written and reviewed by Ms. B The Money Lady, a capital strategist and financial educator, together with the Secure the Bag™ capital strategy team. Every article shows an author, a reviewer, a published date and an updated date.
What we will not do
To keep the content trustworthy, we do not:
- •Promise guaranteed funding, approval, wealth or financial results.
- •Publish invented statistics, client results, testimonials, credentials or awards.
- •Present hypothetical examples as real client outcomes.
- •Let a partner or referral relationship change our educational position.
How examples and numbers are used
Dollar figures in our articles and episodes are illustrative. They exist to show how a calculation works, not to predict what any reader will be offered.
How we review and update
Lending programs, guidelines and rates change. We review cornerstone content at least annually and sooner when a widely used program or requirement changes. When we make a substantive change, we update the date shown on the article.
Corrections
If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, email us with the page address. We verify, correct the page and note the update date.
